Trade Marketing Intern for Royal Caribbean International


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Give support to  the marketing executive on co-ordinate all trade marketing campaigns and materials in liaison with external agency and in-house design studio including:
    • Participate and have contact with some Trade Media agencies.
    • Travel Agency Sales and Marketing toolkit: day to day supervision of trade website where all our campaigns and brand templates are available for trade partners to download and use for local campaigns.
    • Email marketing: give support to the marketing executive on build trade emails on a weekly basis and work closely with the Sales Admin team to make sure the email content calendar is always relevant and in line with the current promotions
    • Support the Trade Incentive scheme (Club Royal): help in all marketing communication collateral and trade press adverts to support the trade incentive scheme
  • Analytics: give some support on run weekly stats on trade campaign and digital performances (Trade website, email, social)
  • Brochure and collateral material distribution: day to day relationship with our fulfillment suppliers, organizing distribution to the trade, inventory management. To be responsible for the effective utilisation of material ensuring that trade distribution is optimized and as efficient as possible
  • To work particularly closely with the Sales Admin team to ensure there is integration and synergy with all communications going out



  • Educated to a degree level with a professional qualification in marketing
  • A previous internship in marketing/trade marketing will be a plus

Venue: Barcelona
Load hours: 40 hours/week
Remuneration: around 650 euros/month
