Who we are
We own and operate booking platforms for luxury villas across many regions. Eats & Retreats (E&R) is specialised in Asia and Unique Retreats (UR) has a more international range of destinations in Europe and expanding to other área. We are also operating the first ever vacation rental loyalty program for our guests to earn points and redeem them against experiences, besides receiving exclusive benefits within the properties we represent and list.

Vision Statement
To be the pre-eminent luxury “villa brand” in the vacation rental market creating an owner and guest experience that is second to none.

Internship mission statement
In close co-operation with the principals of the brand, develop the membership program for endusers (guests) to use E&R and UR as their preferred online booking platform to book their villa & apartment holiday.

This shall include, and may not be limited to :
1. Continuous research on other loyalty program to identify trends, selling points, USPs which can be used with E&R / UR program
2. Engage with listed properties to provide and secure benefits
3. Maintain the necessary customer support required to achieve outstanding service record
4. Research and secure value added experiences per destination (contact with villa and service providers will be necessary)
5. In conjunction with our E-Commerce and Social Media Manager, develop the best communication strategy and implement processes to trigger and nurture existing membership
6. Contribute to create asset for social media and marketing strategy to expand the online visibility of the brand and membership (management of such strategy will be dealt with
7. Be instrumental to the ongoing development of the E&R – UR to reflect the membership offer
8. Support the team of developers for the update of the membership App and extranet

Other information
1. Internship period is minimum 6 month as a full time position; Office base is in Barcelona
2. Regular reporting and time management is expected
3. All strategy and propositions must be validated with clear reporting of pro/cons and realistic budgets in order to ensure sustainability of the strategy, brand and membership
