Propose of the Position:
To provide support to the F&B Department and to assist the Director of F&B, Restaurant Managers and Supervisors in setting and maintaining consistent standards in daily routines and Events.
• Responsible for guest service quality & customers satisfaction.
• Responsible for delivering Company Standard and spirit.
• Responsible for set up restaurant, trolleys & trays in accordance with the established standards & guest requests, delivers as required.
• To ensure the high standards of service in the Restaurant.
• Responsible for the satisfaction of the guests with the service offered and the food & beverage that is presented to them, within the station which is assigned to him.
• Will get the necessary supplies from the kitchen and pantry and set up his station.
• Ensures that menus/beverage lists are clean and in good order.
• Assists as required with the actual service of food & beverage.
