Sales and customer service intern, Barcelona-Home

The intern will work at our front desk, which is in charge of increasing the sales of our company by promoting our products and by delivering excellent customer service. In our multicultural team, you will be able to practice different languages by communicating with our clients by phone, e-mail and in person. You will be in charge of promoting our offers to clients, helping them plan their stays and trips. Moreover, by working in an international group of colleagues, you will get to develop your cultural and problem solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Advanced in English and Spanish, third language is a plus
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Web and computer skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with co- workers, and clients
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to associate appropriately and effectively in a diverse workplace and with a diverse client base
