Marketing & Community Management:
- Providing support in answering comments on Tripadvisor, Holiday Check and other client review webpages.
- Providing support in client quality reviews on web page.
- Proactively communicating issues, opportunities, and insights to improve performance.
- Creating, designing and translating publicity campaigns, promotions, hotel descriptions and newsletters.
- Searching contents in OTAS in order to keep our online content updated
- Make an excellent reception at the Restaurant.
- Attend and manage reservations and phone calls.
- Accompany guests to the table, being proactive with table service.
- Interact with the guest in order to have feedback of their stay.
- Be aware of customer satisfaction by intercommunicating with departments such as reception, kitchen, conventions, etc…
- Carry out and follow service protocols, standards and department procedure.
