The position will require you to:
- Handle incoming customer feedback – positive or negative – through the different communication channels Hosco has.
- Provide product/services information and find the right solution for any issue our members might face.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Propose improvements to the different teams at Hosco from feedback gathered.
- Manage and review all new profiles requests on the platform.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage Hosco members. There are no creative limits, and we are open to try new approaches to make each member a Hosco lover.
- Participate in other related projects to support the CRM team.
