About the Role:
This opportunity involves leading an operation that is backed by a Michelin-starred Chef. You will be expected to act as a brand ambassador and establish PARU as a premier dining destination setting it apart from competitors. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership, from strong trusted partnerships with your colleagues, hotel management team, local business partners, and together create a successful business strategy for driving guest loyalty, team retention, revenue and profit for your restaurant. Over and above, you will be accountable for the effective day to day running of the restaurant.
You have a deep-seeded love for dining, gastronomy and hospitality. With your existing contacts and outstanding networking abilities here in UAE, you’ll ensure we are able to attract the desired clientele and diners. You’ll have a minimum of two years’ experience at similar level in an independent or group of first-class restaurants and a rich understanding of premium-end service delivery in fast-paced, hip restaurants. You’ll charm our guests with incredible standards and warm, welcoming service. You’ll be passionate about the opportunity to delight guests with creativity, exceptional food and drink and the grit to maintain excellence and energy. You understand what it takes to hire, inspire and lead a team to exceed expectations, and turn guests to loyal regulars.
