Essential Skills & Profile:

  • 5 years of cumulative experience in comparable roles, with at least 2 years leading the front office operations of a market leading hotel brand.
  • Expert front office operations knowledge
  • Advanced problem solving and customer service skills.
  • Advanced VIP guest services and relationship skills.
  • Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
  • Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others.
  • Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times.
  • Extremely organized and demonstrates good planning skills.
  • Sensitive to guest needs.
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proactive to address and resolve issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
  • The ability to deliver results within a pressurized deadline driven environment
