Essential Skills & Profile:
- 5 years of cumulative experience in comparable roles, with at least 2 years leading the front office operations of a market leading hotel brand.
- Expert front office operations knowledge
- Advanced problem solving and customer service skills.
- Advanced VIP guest services and relationship skills.
- Degree or Diploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
- Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others.
- Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times.
- Extremely organized and demonstrates good planning skills.
- Sensitive to guest needs.
- Tech Savvy
- Proactive to address and resolve issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively across a multi-national, multi-cultural environment.
- The ability to deliver results within a pressurized deadline driven environment
