DUTIES
- Information services and concierge for captains, crew, managers and visiting workers
- Receive and resolve all customers’ requests
- Organizing project support services such as accommodation and rental cars
- Keeping customers update with social and cultural events in the area
- Organizing and hosting social activities and events
- Coordinate, design and execute along with the communication department events campaigns
- Analyzed all customers feedbacks to improve the customer care department services offered and the customer satisfaction
- Control of the department invoicing and accounting
- Available to occasionally work on week day evening and Saturdays
