DUTIES

  • Information services and concierge for captains, crew, managers and visiting workers
  • Receive and resolve all customers’ requests
  • Organizing project support services such as accommodation and rental cars
  • Keeping customers update with social and cultural events in the area
  • Organizing and hosting social activities and events
  • Coordinate, design and execute along with the communication department events campaigns
  • Analyzed all customers feedbacks to improve the customer care department services offered and the customer satisfaction
  • Control of the department invoicing and accounting
  • Available to occasionally work on week day evening and Saturdays
