Purpose of the position:
- To give the student the opportunity to learn in the work place based on our Brand Standards.
- To be able to put into practice what he/she has learnt during his/her studies.
- To get professional experience in the Hotel industry in an international environment.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
- Answering of telephone calls (Guest Service Center)
- Offer concierge services
- Assist in all tasks of the Front Desk & Executive Floor Desk day-to-day operations
- General Administration tasks
- Introduction of new reservations
- Guest Services: Attending group coordinators in meeting rooms when groups In House.
- Guest relations duties as Lobby Ambassador
