Events, tourism and administration Assistant, Barcelona, Spain
Our collaborator is a young and dynamic B2C company that allows customers to experience the amazing city of Barcelona. This company organizes parties and events and they are currently seeking 2 students to join their team, who are enthusiastic, willing and passionate to enjoy the great city of Barcelona and explore its social life.
Tasks:
- Managing social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
- Managing marketing campaigns for the hostels
- Managing the booking and tracking of customers
- Assisting in the office (administrative and events tasks)
Requirements:
- Good level of English
- Basic Spanish
- Minimum 5 months
- Positive and proactive, good decision-making skills
- Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Previous experience handling marketing campaigns would be a plus
- Previous experience as an assistant would be a plus
- Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop would be a plus
Conditions:
- From 12 to 6 pm
- 5 days a week (Thursday – Monday or Saturday – Wednesday)
- 250€ monthly
- Free attendance to the company’s events
