Events, tourism and administration Assistant, Barcelona, Spain

Our collaborator is a young and dynamic B2C company that allows customers to experience the amazing city of Barcelona. This company organizes parties and events and they are currently seeking 2 students to join their team, who are enthusiastic, willing and passionate to enjoy the great city of Barcelona and explore its social life.

Tasks:

  • Managing social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
  • Managing marketing campaigns for the hostels
  • Managing the booking and tracking of customers
  • Assisting in the office (administrative and events tasks)

Requirements:

  • Good level of English
  • Basic Spanish
  • Minimum 5 months
  • Positive and proactive, good decision-making skills
  • Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
  • Previous experience handling marketing campaigns would be a plus
  • Previous experience as an assistant would be a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop would be a plus

Conditions:

  • From 12 to 6 pm
  • 5 days a week (Thursday – Monday or Saturday – Wednesday)
  • 250€ monthly
  • Free attendance to the company’s events
