Lasarte 3* and Oria 1* kitchen Internship, Monument Hotel
Give support in the preparation of dishes and maintenance of the kitchen, following the procedures established by the head chef.
The daily tasks will be:
• Making dishes.
• Distribution, organization and cleaning of the kitchen.
• Carrying out different operations with different tools.
• Make adjustments to the dishes to adapt them to the needs of the clients (intolerances, allergies, etc.).
• Replacement of the material used during the service.
