JOB DESCRIPTIONS

➢ Verify check-in and check-out of VIP guests.
➢ Manage the preferences before and during the stay of our guests.
➢ Supervise VIP treatments. ➢ Personalized attention at VIP guests with personalized check in and accompanying to the room.
➢ Collaborate with our concierge service giving personalized information.
➢ Storage, sale and control of merchandising. ➢ Manage all the facilities, utensils and office supplies used in working areas.
➢ Supervise the public areas and hall.
➢ Supervise and check the rooms assigned at our VIP guests.

SKILLS

➢ To be honest and trustworthy, respectful, flexible, with cultural awareness and sensitivity
➢ Participate in meetings as required.
➢ Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of nonverbal communication
➢ interaction with others.
➢ Demonstrate impeccable standards of presence.
➢ High level of Spanish and English.

CONDITIONS

➢ The trainee takes care of personal insurance and the accommodation and travel expenses
➢ (there are no rooms available for trainees).
➢ The hotel provides meals during working hours
➢ The Hotel provides the uniform (Operative departments).
➢ Trainee allowance of Euro 300 per month.

FULL- TIME INTERNSHIP

LANGUAGES REQUIREMENTS: FLUENT ENGLISH AND SPANISH
