The school offers individual rooms in shared flats in Barcelona for HTL students. Shared flats are located 15 15-minute ride from the school in the best district of Poble Nou-Diagonal Mar, the main modern digital company’s life center, and just a 5 min walk from all city beaches.
Our flats are fully equipped with all necessary for living: individual or double rooms, living room with TV, full bathroom, kitchen, commodities (electricity, gas, water, internet). The rental period is 6 months and provides the in-house registration (empadronamiento) you will need in the foreign affairs office when applying for the student residence permit.

The accommodation fees with commodities included:
1. individual room, small: 550 euros/month
2. individual room, big: 600 euros/month
3. double room, small: 650 euros/month
4. double room, big: 700 euros/month
