Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Good communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Vision of the customer as the center of all processes.<\/li>\n
  • Vocation for service and ability to empathize with customers.<\/li>\n
  • Languages: Spanish and English minimum. Catalan, French or Italian would be an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Functions<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Customer service through any of Parkimeter’s channels: telephone, e-mail, Google Play, Facebook and Twitter.<\/li>\n
    • Attention and management of doubts, complaints and incidents.<\/li>\n
    • Contact with car parks in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy to solve possible incidences.<\/li>\n
    • You will work with the company’s systems (ticketing, operational back office, e-mail…).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Internship period: 6 months<\/li>\n
      • Starting date: January<\/li>\n
      • Full time 5 days a week covering weekends (Wednesday to Sunday, Thursday to Monday, etc.).<\/li>\n
