We are looking for a customer support specialist to join our team in Barcelona to assist our Amsterdam expansion.

●     Speak fluent Dutch and have great English
●     Be able to write content in Dutch

●     Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C)
●     Proiving advice and providing solutions
●     Revision and follow up on customer and user comments and enquiries
●    Strong verbal and written communication skills
●    Aptitude with various social media platforms
●    Ability to quickly learn and process information
●    Organization and time management skills
