Our collaborator is a well-known consultancy firm located in Madrid. They are offering an integrated consulting service in tax and labor regulations. They are experts in Spanish labor regulations. They are currently looking for an intern interested to improve skills doing a legal and administrative internship in the HR department.

Tasks:

  • To register, drop and communicate variations of employees to Social Security and other Public Employment Services
  • Communicate any work accident to the relevant organization
  • Manage with Social Security any temporary disabilities of employees of companies-clients
  • Management and execution of the monthly payroll
  • Collaboration in development of web portals for access by the employees to personal documents (payrolls, certificates, modifications of data, etc)
  • Assist in legal consulting
  • Drafting of simple legal texts in English

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Intermediate Spanish (most of clients are english speakers but it is useful to have a spanish base)
  • Higher education undergraduate
  • Highly motivated
  • International ambitions
  • Between 4 – 6 months (also longer periods)
  • Education in RRHH, business, law, administration
  • Schedule is not fixed, it can be part time (from 9h to 15h) or full time (from 9h to 18h).
