Administration – Front desk internship in Marbella, Spain – Senior students

Our collaborator a rapidly growing energy drink brand that reaches over 45 countries all over the globe and sponsors the world’s top athletes. The company is looking for interns to join its international and hard-working team in their offices in Marbella, Spain.

Tasks

• Help with meeting setups (provide beverages and snacks for meeting attendees, TV screen preparation, A/C),
• Arrange logistics of visits (transport, hotel, company dinners)
• Settle payments, invoices
• Place orders and follow up of current office material and kitchen stocks
• Be involved in office projects, quotes and ongoing developments and improvements of the office
• Organize the logistics of sample packages
• Help departments with administrative tasks
• Answer telephone calls
• Be in charge of organizing production samples we receive and track storage
• Research related to New Product Development and related to general FMCG projects or company researches

Requirements

• Senior Students only
• Be responsible and proactive
• Have a positive team spirit and be energetic
• Speak English and Spanish
• Internship hours: Monday- Friday 9.30am – 6.30pm with 1 hour lunch break
• Availability: 6 months minimum.
