Groups and Events Internship, Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal

Tasks in Groups and Events department in Four Points by Sheraton Barcelona Diagonal:

• Assistance throughout the organization of a group or / and event, consists of:
• Reception of availability requests, event or group contract, monitoring of the organization and planning of the event or group, subsequent review of customer satisfaction.
• Learning the hotel system OPERA.
• Learning the standards and work tools of the Marriott Int hotel chain.
• Attend the weekly team meeting with department heads to organize groups and events
• Attend the weekly meeting with the revenue team to know the general occupation of the hotel and understand the different prices that are given in the group prices.

Requirements
• Minimum level of English B2.
• Minimum level of Spanish C1

Period
• To start on December 2021 or January 2022
• For 4 - 12 Months
