Wedding Planner Assistant, Barcelona

We are looking for someone to assist our main planners in the planning and production of our weddings.
We are a team of four women, based in Barcelona and creating amazing and adventurous wedding experiences everywhere in Europe.

The job will be partly in person, and partly remote. 
There will be training first in person and then we will give the candidate/student access to our software and email so that she can help us in the planning and communication with the couples and vendors.

Also, there will be other tasks like admin, website updates, etc.

Level of English: high / medium
Skills required: detail-oriented and organized.
