For HTL students
The school offers individual and double rooms in a shared flat in Barcelona for HTL students. Shared flats are located 15 min ride from the school in the best district of Poble Nou-Diagonal Mar, the main modern digital company’s life center, and just 5 min walk from all city beaches.
Our flats are fully equipped with all necessary for living: individual or double rooms, living room with TV, full bathroom, kitchen, commodities (electricity, gas, water, internet). The rental period is 6 months and provides the in-house registration (empadronamiento) you will need in the foreign affairs office when applying for the student residence permit.
The accommodation fees with included commodities:
1. individual room, small: 550 euros/month
2. individual room, big: 600 euros/month
3. double room, small: 650 euros/month
4. double room, big: 700 euros/month

Our Valencia campus does not offer student housing directly, but there are many options available for students to choose from. Students can rent a room in a private apartment or rent an entire apartment and arrange to share with classmates. There are also several student residences where students can stay in individual or double rooms, with or without meal plans.
Valencia is a large city, and you can choose to live near campus, near the beach, in the city center, or in one of several up-and-coming neighborhoods. You should consider how far you want to live from campus, and also if you want to walk, ride a bike, or take public transport. The public transport system in Valencia is well-developed, with three metro lines and an extensive bus system.
Valencia has an array of universities, with a selection of privately run student residences (dorms) rising to suit student needs. Students can choose to stay in a single or double room, with a wide range of amenities to choose from, including several meal plan options.
