FRONT OFFICE TRAINEE, Hilton Garden Hotel, Seville
Functions:
– Welcoming and registering guests at the hotel, following established standards.
– Departure of customers following established standards
– Provide customer orientation
– Dealing with customer complaints in an appropriate manner.
– Communicate customer requests to the appropriate departments.
– Give information and process reservations for buses/trains, shows, city tours, etc. when required.
– Know the current status of the hotel: occupancy, VIP’s, groups and events being held at the hotel, etc.
– Attend the shift pass detailing incidents, news, or any relevant information thus maintaining a complete involvement with the company.
