Administer employee benefits and assist with payroll.
Resolve employee inquiries and guide HR policies and procedures.
Collaborate on training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Proficiency in the Spanish language is mandatory.
Proficiency in English and French is a plus.
