- Cooperate with other departments in order to meet the company’s business goals
- Advising customers on products and services available
- Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Maintain and develop customer relationships in person, by phone, and through email
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns on social media
- Create online content (blog posts, video reviews, guest blogging)
- Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
- Follow up with the sales pipeline
- Strong communication and organizational skills in English and French languages.
