TASKS:

  • Event management assistance (conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions)
  • Apply business development and marketing strategies in order to attract new clients
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships in person, by phone, and through email
  • Event management assistance at the local, national, and/or international level
  • Generating and optimizing web content
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.): Google AdWords, Facebook, and other online advertising channels
  • Development of digital marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns on social media
  • Customer support: resolving questions regarding the products or services
  • Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • WORKING DAYS: Mo-Th (10-17)
  • Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Flexibility
  • Skills and potential to help with marketing communication, Social media channels (content creation, coordination).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva
  • Proactive and communicative person with social skills for working in public: event management, fairs, and conventions.
