- Follow and support the customer in using the product.
- Identify and respond to customer needs.
- Build and maintain client loyalty, satisfaction, and success.
- Manage the CRM to collect and update information.
- Swedish is the native standard.
- English minimum intermediate level.
- Communications skills and proactive attitude.
- Availability to start asap for at least 3 months.
- Training plan offered by the company.
- Hybrid work (only 2 days at the office in Mairena del Aljarafe, 30 minutes by public transport).
- Part-time internship.
- 400-500€ per month remuneration, negotiable depending on the profile.
