Description
Our partner is a real estate agency focused on the Southern Spain coast and the Balearic Islands. They transform the real estate experience into a more accessible, honest, and participative business for buyers. Digitalizing the process and adding a wide range of projects that let the buyer choose.
Tasks:
- Follow and support the customer in using the product.
- Identify and respond to customer needs.
- Build and maintain client loyalty, satisfaction, and success.
- Manage the CRM to collect and update information.
Requirements:
- Norwegian Native or Bilingual level.
- English minimum intermediate level.
- Communications skills and proactive attitude.
- Availability to start asap for at least 3 months.
