Reception/Hostess/Reservation internship, Ibiza

Our collaborator offers a unique, lavish and fun lifestyle experience within a poolside environment enabling our customers to luxuriate in high-end service and aesthetically beautiful surroundings, all completed with a credible soundtrack and world-class entertainment.

Tasks:

• Check in/ Check out.
• Providing information about the hotel.
• Answering telephone calls and special services.
• Registration of reservations.
• Responding to conflict situations or complaints.
• Language management and tourist information.
• Surveillance and access control.
• Special package for guests.
• Closing and recording of expenses.
• Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish.
3 months as minimum duration and at least July and August.
