DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Our partner is a European start-up based in Spain with an experienced and international team, that created the first Marketplace of public financing consultants for innovative SMEs. They boost entrepreneurs by connecting them with tools and funds from the European Union.

Tasks:

• Advise customers on available products and services
• Help manage the contact database and assist with leads generation activities
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Help with translations into the native language
• Work with corporative tools (CRM, e-mail, phone, social media)
• Support in preparing projects related to public and supranational institutions
• Support the implementation of new corporate tools in the organization
• Collaborating with the legal blog development (content editor and writer)
• Support the team in administrative tasks: calls, billing, closing quarters, etc.

Will learn:
