Reception Internship in Mallorca, Spain

Our collaborator is a 4* Hotel in Mallorca. This exclusive Hotel provides its customers with a stay filled with peace, well-being, nature, and sport. The hotel is situated in Font de Sa Cala, surrounded by a natural environment along the shores of the Mediterranean sea. This is a perfect destination to enjoy an extraordinary holiday.

Tasks:

• Check-In / Check-Out.
• Receiving clients and all tasks related to them.
• Support and customer information at the reception.
• Perform procedures related to the occupation and sales rooms.
• Receive, process, and direct customer complaints to appropriate services.
• Provide information to customers about the island.
• Answering the reception’s phone.

Requirements:

• Fluent English.
• Minimum duration of 2 months.
• Spanish is a plus.
• German is a plus.
• If you are able to stay during July and August will be more valued.

Benefits:

• 300 euros per month.
• Shared Accommodation.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week.
• Monday till Sunday with 2 days off per week.
