Front Office Internship, Lloret de Mar, Girona

As a Front Office student, you welcome guests and make them feel at home. During their stay, you will assist them with any inquiries such as reservations, local tourist info, and hotel information.

You will be in daily contact with international guests, therefore this internship will be valuable for developing your communication and language skills in both English, Spanish, and French.

Tasks:
– Reservations
– Check-in
– Invoicing and billing
– Cash handling
– Online guest reputation management

Requirements:
– Fluent in French, B1 in English and Spanish
– Minimum 3 months including July and August.
