Our collaborator is delighted to share an opportunity for a talented and passionate front desk trainée to join their team for the 2024 season.

The resort is a 750 acre private estate hidden away in the hills and valleys of Tuscany whose ethos is a commitment to slow food, slow living, and sustainable organic farming. On a peaceful hilltop in the heart of Tuscany, you will find elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin star dining, and a variety of healthy experiences.

Your tasks will include:
– Support the work of the F&B Supervisor and the Restaurant Manager.
– Assist in the delivery of banqueting events and restaurant experiences.
– Assist in the preparation of Banquet Event Orders, menus, and wine lists.
– Assist the guests since the arrival, at the restaurant throughout the restaurant experience.
– Support F&B manager during the calculation of the department operations.

Requirements:
– Strong customer-oriented attitude.
– Good communication skills.
– Proactive approach to solving problems.
– Strong motivation and desire to learn.
– Excellent grooming.
– Hands-on approach
– Excellent written and spoken English and fair Italian language skill would be desirable.
– Respect for nature and for the values that the earth represents.

Conditions:
– Shared accommodation.

– Monthly payslip of € 500.
