Influencer Marketing Internship, Pozuelo, Madrid

Description: We seek an Influencer Marketing INTERNSHIP (IMI)-PART TIME to join our team. A passionate, high-performing, “hands-on” and talented person.

As an IMI you will be responsible for:

• Social media awareness.
• Strategic communication with influencers (Instagram, Tik Tok and email).
• Contribute to developing a deep appreciation for the company mission among the target audiences and develop strategies to increase awareness.
• Responsible for filtering and prioritizing the influencers with the best performance.
• Communicate to influencers their personal coupon for objectives obtained and new campaigns.
• Identify, understand, and explore new trends and strategies in the sector that contribute to improving channel performance.
• Propose actions depending on prior campaign outcomes (CRM, Influencers & Loyalty).
• Ensuring proper tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to the automation of campaign management.
• Product Shipment and Follow-up of SKINVITY devices and products to influencers.
• Analysis of the competition strategy and proposal of actions according to the analysis.
• Working together with the rest of the team in prioritizing and executing marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, and other channels to be able to guide the content creation strategy and keep the brand up to date.
• Demonstrated experience in influencer research and recruitment by product.
• Experience in the digital industry, related to high-ticket products will be a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with a hands-on approach with relevant software tools as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Problem-solving skills, a data-driven profile, and analytical abilities are essential attributes in the candidate.
• Fluent in English.
• Last, but not least, a positive “can-do” attitude.
