  • 20 hours per week. The average check in one hour between transport and then meets and greet.
  • Qualifications and experience in tourism or guest management
  • Well-spoken. Speak and write in English fluently and with a high level of Spanish. Any additional languages are a bonus.
  • Professionally and friendly answer calls from guests pre their arrival
  • Daily check-ins at the apartments are to be done. Meeting and greeting the guests. You will be the first physical interaction between us and our guests. The interactions with you need to be refreshing in kindness, hospitality and helpfulness.
  • Check the cleaning of the apartment is up to our high standard before the guest arrives.
  • Ongoing stock in apartments to be checked and regular grocery shopping to stock apartments with cleaning products, coffee etc
  • Reply and be ready to assist with guest requests or problems and resolve them if possible
  • Be available for some evening check-ins after 21.00 (Additional Payment)
  • Have a form of transport ideally a moto to get around or a bicycle
  • Be available to work weekends.
  • To be a reliable and honest person. A dynamic and responsible person who wants to gain experience in the tourist accommodation sector.
  • Empathy, people skills, versatile, and interest in a job well done are very important.
  • A key part of Philomena Apartments is that we offer a guest a home away from home and are available to assist them during their stay with any issues or questions that many have to make their stay a comfortable one.
