Our collaborator is a Hotel chain of 3 and 4 stars Hotels that combines luxury with comfort and excellent service. They are located on the most beautiful and important coasts of the Spanish peninsula and their facilities and luxury services make them unique and special!

You will be in daily contact with international customers, therefore, this internship will be useful for developing your communication and language skills!

Tasks:
– Assist the F&B manager to manage the different F&B areas of the hotel (dining room, bar, beach bar, ice-cream parlour, etc.).
– Assist the F&B Manager in the supervision of the buffets, welcome the guests, motivate and supervise the team and assist them in their tasks.
– Mise en place and supervision of special events at the venues.
– Assist the F&B manager with inventory checks.
– Assist and implicate the tasks and registers of our ISO quality certification.

Requirements:
– Fluent level of English.

Remuneration:
– 200 euros per month.
– Shared accommodation (can be mix gender).
– Meals.
– Evaluations.
– Uniform.

Location: Barcelona.
