Responsibilities:
• Process arrivals, assign rooms and activate room keys.
• Coordinate with the cleaning service to check the availability of rooms for arrivals and report any information related to guests.
• Attend, answer and process all calls, messages, questions and concerns of guests.
• Provide information and instructions to guests regarding the property and local attractions.
• Process checks out and resolve any disagreements regarding charges.
