  • To ensure cleanliness and order, correct mis – en place and set up of the restaurant/bar prior to service, ensuring the guests are warmly greeted, orders are taken efficiently and served to a high standard to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Greet the guests with a smile. All guest requests are dealt with in an efficient and polite manner. Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Communications: To ensure good communication exists between all departments within the hotel I.E. Reception, Accommodation, etc. To make sure you maintain good relations with your head of department and ensure all relevant information is passed on.
  • Training and Development:

Attend any training courses held internally or externally.
Show an eagerness for continued learning and development within your department and other departments.
As part of our internal multi-skilling program, you may be required to move to another department.

Health and Safety:

  • To observe the health and safety policy that exists in the hotel.
  • To observe all the safety rules and regulations within the hotel.
  • Ensure management is informed of all accidents and incidents that occur within the hotel.
  • Ensure that all accidents are recorded/ documented correctly and reported to management in a prompt and efficient manner.


  • English fluent.
  • Other languages are a plus.
  • Experience in the industry is a plus.
  • To be familiar with all drinks/restaurant menus.
  • To be familiar with the table plan and table numbers of the restaurant.
  • To be familiar and competent with guest billing.
  • Any other extra duties requested by management.


  • 440/480 € monthly depending on experience.
  • Accommodation, SPA and restaurant discounts.
  • Meals included.
  • 40 hours/week.
