As a Customer Service intern in Barcelona, I will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. My role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including:
Customer Support: Assisting customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Managing customer orders, processing transactions, and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
Issue Resolution: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues or concerns, ensuring effective and empathetic communication throughout the process.
Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and promote upsell opportunities.
Data Entry and Management: Accurately input customer information, inquiries, and interactions into the company’s CRM system. Maintaining up-to-date and organized records.
Feedback Collection: Gathering and documenting customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in products, services, and overall customer experience.
