Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the selection process and welcoming new partners;
• Publication of job offers and internships (internal website, contacts with schools, associations).
• Conduct of interviews.
• Selection and recruitment of trainees for different departments.
• Assist in the preparation of the closing of the month
• Calendar update and birthday vouchers
• Updating the directory of telephone extensions
• Monthly review of first aid kits (verification and ordering from FREMAP)
• Preparation of the bimonthly LMB newsletter;
