Kitchen Assistant Internship in Prażmowo, Poland (English speaker)

Our collaborator is a small restaurant in Mazury, the North-Eastern part of Poland. They are on a mission to educate Polish people that eating is not only a physical requirement but also great fun. They believe in the idea of fun (not fine) dining. That’s why they are looking for people with a strong will to learn, motivated, and who appreciate a good atmosphere at work.

If you are seeking to spend some time (they open May-September) in a beautiful place and earn not only money but a precious experience, then this is a great opportunity for you.

While creating their menu, they are inspired by people from all around the world, mostly Spain, Italy, France, Morocco, and Japan. They use high-quality products combined with ingredients typical from all countries as their inspiration.

-Prepare the necessary ingredients for the dishes;

-Acompany and assist the head chef;

-Take care of the work station and the tools;

-Take care of the final presentation of the plate.

-Basic kitchen knowledge (like peeling and cutting vegetables, preparing the work station);

-Motivation to work and learn;

-Speak at least basic English.

-Previous experience in any gastronomy-related place is a great advantage.

-Working in the beautiful, quiet location of Mazury – surrounded by nature in a region of breathtaking lakes and picturesque scenery.

-Accomodation in a house: They offer a whole floor for staff with a bathroom and individual bedrooms;

-Get to know new people, cultures and ideas.

Remuneration- €400/ month + shared tips

Internship hours- 40 hours/week
