– A receptionist on rotating shifts for our Alma Barcelona hotel.

Responsibilities
• Perform check-in and check-out ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Performing janitorial tasks.
• Management of complaints/incidents and their resolution.
• IDS: Collect and manage OTAS reservations, internal management of the extranet as well as knowledge of its different functions.
• Promote the sale of all points of sale and services offered by the hotel.
• Engagement: build customer loyalty and be their reference throughout their stay in the city.
• Management and coordination of all information related to the day and clients with the rest of the departments, thus ensuring the correct execution of tasks.

Candidate profile:
• Host vocation.
• Honesty and dedication.
• Previous experience in the Opera operating system will be valued.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in hotels of the same category.
• Advanced level of English. Another language will be valued very positively.
