The school offers individual rooms in shared flats in Barcelona for HTL students. Shared flats are located 15 15-minute ride from the school in the best district of Poble Nou-Diagonal Mar, the main modern digital company’s life center, and just a 5-minute walk from all city beaches.
Our flats are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for living: individual or double rooms, a living room with TV, a full bathroom, a kitchen, and commodities (electricity, gas, water, internet). The rental period is 6 months and provides the in-house registration (empadronamiento) you will need in the foreign affairs office when applying for the student residence permit.

The accommodation fees with commodities included: 700 euros/month
